Jasper's Jamaican Daiquiri
- 1¾ fluid ounces of a gold Jamaican rum
- ¾ fluid ounce of fresh lime juice
- ¾ fluid ounce of pimento dram¹
- 1 teaspoon of demerara gum syrup
Make sure the lime juice is well-strained. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and double strain into a frozen cocktail glass.

This recipe was written with 60-proof pimento dram in mind, specifically the offering from Hamilton. If a lower or 0-proof pimento dram is used, then the proportions may need modification, e.g. 2 fluid ounces of rum and ½ fluid ounce of pimento dram.
