Mai Tai Daiquiri
- 2 fluid ounces of any rum or combination of rums that you would use in a Mai Tai
- ¾ fluid ounce of fresh lime juice
- ¼ fluid ounce (1½ teaspoons) of orange curaçao
- ¼ fluid ounce (1½ teaspoons) of orgeat syrup or falernum¹
Make sure the lime juice is well-strained. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and double strain into a frozen cocktail glass.
This is an original drink that takes the Mai Tai and turns it into a Daiquiri.

I actually prefer falernum here if the orgeat on hand would make a cloudy, louched drink.
