- 1 fluid ounce of a dark Demerara rum
- 1 fluid ounce of a Spanish-style gold rum
- 1 fluid ounce of fresh lime juice
- 1 fluid ounce of pomegranate grenadine
Shake all of the ingredients with ice and pour (without straining) into a larger-sized lowball glass or double old fashioned glass. Optionally garnish with a lime peel.
This is another tiki twist on the Daiquiri, or more specifically, the Bacardi Cocktail. It was documented by Beachbum Berry and is a mid-century tiki drink.
