Outrigger
- 1½ fluid ounces of an aged Bajan rum
- ¾ fluid ounce of Cointreau
- ¾ fluid ounce of fresh lemon juice
Prepare the serving glass. Rim the edge of a frozen cocktail glass with lemon juice and sugar, if desired.
Make sure the lemon juice is well-strained. Shake all of the ingredients with ice and double strain into the prepared glass.
