Champagne Cocktail
- Chilled brut champagne
- 1 fluid ounce of chilled cognac (optional)
- Angostura bitters
- 1 demerara sugar cube
Coat the sugar cube with bitters and place in a champagne flute. Add the cognac, if desired. Top with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
